There is no list. There is no rule that we can't swear in the shoutbox. This rule is an idea in somebody's head, which can only be effective as a means of urging people to use common sense, that living, breathing thing inside you that knows, not right from wrong, but effectiveness as it is relevant to the exact situation at hand. Cause and effect. If you can seduce people, if you have a penchant for power, if you're anything of a rhetorical pro, or even amateur, you should be able to grasp, through common sense, what effect your actions will have.
