Just a cautionary note: enter into an agreement with this person at your own risk. He/She registered today to sell a book and nothing more. They are not an established member of this community so please take that into consideration.

Also, the ARCS of Tell-All are hardly as rare as he makes them out to be, WAY more than a couple of hundred were printed.

Well, let's see... He posted in the wrong forum, virtually eliminating the likelihood of actually reaching someone who would want a slightly collectible copy of the book. He thinks bidding should "start at $100.00", which is, I would estimate, 3 or 4 times its actual worth. He thinks there are "only a couple hundred" of these in existence. I would replace "hundred" with "thousand". He isn't aware that real, diehard fans, the sort he is hoping to reach, got their copies long before he opened his mail today.

He's just not terribly bright.

Those ARCs are not for sale, as Brandon has pointed out, and you are therefore breaking the law, whether you are an "independent bookseller" or just a tool, you are in the wrong. Some of us are very honored to be given those, whether for evaluation/review purposes, or as a "thank you" from the author/publisher. You aren't gonna get anyone to take the bait here...
