New xbox Dashboard
So what do you guys think of it?
At first I thought it was really nice and clean looking. Everything seems to be organized well. And I see that they are going to be bringing youtube to xbox live soon too.
All great.
Until I tried to use netflix. I hate how that is organized. Any time you click on something to bring up more options, it instnatly starts playing - like if you click on a tv series to view the episodes. It's almost impossible to smoothly navigate episodes of tv series.
Honestly, that's all I've really done on it so far though.
I'd comment, but no Xbox. Just Wii. And that's back in EP.

I don't have one either, but I hear with this new dashboard there is the all too familar agreement that you cannot file a classaction lawsuit against them, that Sony and EA did.
The only difference is with this XBox agreement, you cannot choose to opt out of it. And that's unlawful.

I like the new setup, but I haven't tried to use netflix recently [Netflix tends to piss me off in general]. Like you said, it seems neat and orderly.
Definitely didn't know about the youtube integration, though.

Yeah - Crackle, youtube, and a whole bunch of other stuff is coming. There is a "Coming Soon" section. You should check it out Owl.
Totally will, I need to put some hours in on the new COD anyway. I haven't played in weeks & I know none of the maps. Dumb.

What mass of cartilage at Microsoft thought it would be a good idea to replace all the large, easily identifiable icons and screens from the last dashboard with a bunch of tiny, hard-to-read tiles all packed together in a big, confusing mosaic of bright flashing colors and words?
