I went with my mom and my 14 year old daughter Brittany. Britt is the reason we all adore you so much. She picked up her first Chuck P. book when she was 12 and visiting her aunt in NY. It was a strange thing called Invisible Monsters. Of course, we had all read Fight Club and seen the movie but had never really gone exploring beyond that. Not, that is, until she insisted that we read Invisible Monsters. She was hooked, and after that,so were we all. She has now read every single book you have written and Invisible Monsters 15 times alone. We are all on our way to reading your complete works. Your talk at Harvard was wonderful. You were funny, modest and left us full of wonder and pleasure. Britt said it was a far better experience than her first concert and I have to agree. Thanks so much for this pleasure.
I was there last night . . . DYNO-MITE! Chuck is a genuine superstar. He entertained us as if we were hanging out at a party, and he shared insights into his style and process as if he were teaching a master's class. And, like a real pro, he gave us an enlightening and humorous interview, despite the guy interviewing him. Dude . . . do your homework.
If you're on the fence about seeing Chuck, DO IT! It's a rock 'n' roll reading.

That was a super fun night. I came with 4 friends who have never seen Chuck speak before (I've been a few times) and they were all amused/disgusted/amazed by the experience.
